DEPOSIT / FULL PAYMENT
Since Covid we have relaxed my prepayment requirement and now operate my business on trust. If you prefer to pay in advance then bank transfer is the preferred method of payment. Please let us know.
Please note: Christmas and Easter Holiday periods and other NSW public holiday dates full payment is required at the time of booking. Bank transfer is my preferred method of payment.
For cancellations made within 7 days of booked arrival, the cost of one night’s accommodation will be levied as the cancellation fee. This fee is waived, or the deposit refunded, only if the suite is able to be re-let.
Once the reservation has commenced no partial refunds are given. For this purpose check-in is at 1500 Check-out is at 1100.
During Christmas and Easter Holiday periods and other NSW public holiday weekends, cancellations made within 7 days of booked arrival will attract 100% of the total booking fee as specified in your confirmation. This fee may be waived only if we are able to fully re-let the suite.
Covid 19 Vaccination Requirement
All guests are required to have full documented certification of their Covid19 Double Vaccinations or carry appropriate documentation for exception authority.
Covid 19 Cancellation Exception: Naturally, in these chaotic health times we will be understanding and flexible if your cancellation is directly as a result of the current health situation. Please just talk to us.
Covid-19 compliance – if requested, we are obliged to provide our guest register to NSW Health.
