DEPOSIT / FULL PAYMENT
A credit card is required to confirm your reservation unless otherwise agreed. If you do not have a credit card you can direct deposit 50% of the total fee (or one nights accommodation whichever is higher. Bank transfer details will be included in your confirmation email. Please note: Christmas and Easter Holiday periods and other NSW public holiday dates full payment is required at the time of booking.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
Payments by creditcard attract a 1.9% PayPal merchant fee if paid in person using an Efpos machine or 2.9% if payment is made manually using an Efpos machine. These are bank fees and not our fees.
Bank transfer facility is available which does not attract a merchant fee.
For cancellations made within 7 days of booked arrival, the cost of one night’s accommodation will be levied as the cancellation fee. This fee is waived, or the deposit refunded, only if the suite is able to be re-let.
Once the reservation has commenced no partial refunds are given. For this purpose check-in is at 1500 Check-out is at 1100.
During Christmas and Easter Holiday periods and other NSW public holiday weekends, cancellations made within 7 days of booked arrival will attract 100% of the total booking fee as specified in your confirmation. This fee may be waived only if we are able to fully re-let the suite.
